新型コロナウイルスの世界的な感染拡大の影響により、航空路線が減便するなか、国際郵便を一部引受停止せざるを得ない状況にあり、お客さまには大変ご不便おかけしております。航空会社と郵便搭載スペース確保の調整を重ねてきましたが、国際郵便の安定的な提供のためには、輸送コストの上昇を余儀なくされております。
このため誠に申し訳ございませんが、2021年6月より当分の間、EMS特別追加料金を導入させていただきたく何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

Due to the worldwide spread of the new coronavirus, the number of flights has decreased, and we have no choice but to suspend the acceptance of some international mail, which is extremely inconvenient for our customers. We have been coordinating with airlines to secure space for postal mail, but in order to provide stable international mail, we are forced to raise transportation costs.
